Dabei enth&auml;lt die Wirkstoffkonzentration sehr viel mehr Informationen als heute &uuml;blicherweise durch ihre Beurteilung an einem &#8222;therapeutischen Referenzbereich&#8220; durch den behandelnden Arzt genutzt wird. Unter Ber&uuml;cksichtigung der dem Patienten verordneten Dos<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">is <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">k&ouml;nnen individuelle Faktoren des Patienten wie <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">seine Compliance, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ver&auml;nderungen des Arzneimittelstoffwechsels, die <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">auf pharmakokinetischen <span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Arznei<\/span>mitteli<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">nteraktionen <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">auf Interaktionen mit Genu&szlig;mitteln <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">auf Interaktionen mit Nahrungsmitteln sowie <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">auf genetischen Besonderheiten (langsamer bzw. schneller Metabolisierer) <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">beruhen, aber auch<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">methodische Probleme wie Signal&uuml;berlagerungen bei der quantitativen Analyse<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">erkannt werden. Der behandelnde Arzt kann mit diesen Informationen die Verordnung der Medikamente auf die individuellen Bed&uuml;rfnisse seines Patienten ausrichten und so individualisieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">In<span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"> Zusammenarbeit mit der PSIAC GmbH Mainz steht der AGATE Akademie eine Internet-basierte Schulungsplattform (&#8222;KONBEST&#8220;) zur Erstellung solcher klinisch-pharmakologischer Befunde von Wirkstoffkonzentrationen zur Verf&uuml;gung. Nach Anmeldung erh&auml;lt der Nutzer seinen pers&ouml;nlichen Zugangscode. Im Rahmen einer etwa einst&uuml;ndigen Telefonkonferenz wird er in die Grundz&uuml;ge der Erstellung der <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">klinisch-pharmakologischen Befunde von Wirkstoffkonzentrationen eingewiesen. Anschlie&szlig;end erstellt er selbst&auml;ndig &uuml;ber das Internet <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">klinisch-pharmakologische Befunde von Wirkstoffkonzentrationen. Diese werden von klinisch-pharmakologischem und klinisch-pharmazeutischem Fachpersonal redigiert und der Teilnehmer erh&auml;lt via E-Mail eine Nachricht, was an seinem Befund ge&auml;ndert wurde und warum. Ebenso stehen ihm die entsprechenden Kommentare zu den <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">klinisch-pharmakologischen <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Befunden der anderen Kursteilnehmer zur Verf&uuml;gung. Der Teilnehmer bildet sich so &uuml;ber die Verordnungsgewohnheiten von Medikamenten zur Therapie&nbsp; unterschiedlicher Erkrankungen unter den Bedingungen der t&auml;glichen Routine, die verschiedenen Einflu&szlig;faktoren auf Nutzen und Risiko der individuellen Arzneimitteltherapie und die klinische Relevanz pharmakokinetischer Interaktionen
